There is a time for static golf stretching (a traditional stretch and hold method) and a time for dynamic flexibility with regards to preparing your body for golf fitness.
This golf exercises warm up routine is specifically recommended to perform just prior to your next round of golf. Imagine taking a rubber band and placing it in the freezer for a short time, then trying to stretch it out shortly thereafter.
The body needs warmth in the same way. By preparing your body for movement, you boost your heart rate, blood flow to working muscles, increases core temperature and improve the function of your nervous system.
It should only take a few minutes of your time, yet can have a dramatic effect on your immediate level of play.
