Golf Fitness Evaluation

Assessments

Many of the top touring professionals know that winning on the tour today takes much more than a great game of golf. It means understanding every aspect of their physical and mental well being and what factors influence their performance.

As part of this process, it is common for tour professionals and other elite golfers to undergo physical assessments so they know where they may be leaving valuable strokes on the course. The results of these tests are used to establish training priorities so special attention is given to areas of weakness as opposed to strengths. Fitness For Golf will offer corrective strategies based on test results and then you should retest each failed segment, continuing to do corrective exercises until full range of motion is restored.
