Meet some of the thousands of golfers we’ve trained
through Fitness for Golf.com. Our clients represent a broad
range of ages, experience and competition levels. Their ages
run a full spectrum from 10 to 80 years of age. They play
recreational golf, junior golf, college golf, amateur and
professional golf. They are teachers, trainers, physical therapists,
and coaches. They travel on tour and play to high rankings.
They are club champions and general lovers of the game of

I was able to ski for 11 consecutive days at an instructor level without any muscle fatigue or recovery time, followed several days later by a 72-hole golf tournament where I hit the ball farther and straighter than before, particularly in critical situations.
