Medicine Ball

The medicine ball is something that almost everyone can recognize in the gym. When you think of the medicine ball typically the first thing that comes to mind is: core exercises. And this exercise is no different.

If you recall to really achieve the optimal golfing fitness we really want to open up our shoulders and strengthen our core to maximize our rotation and maintain a nice smooth consistent swing. In the previous video we loosened up the adhesions in our thoracic spine and shoulder regions by using lacrosse balls. So now it’s time to work on strengthening the core!
