Inability To Maintain Balance During Or After The Swing

Many golfers struggle with balance issues during their swing. Make sure to test yourself for balance during the assessments section to determine if this is an issue for you. There are two main things at play here. One is a simple balance issue and one is a matter of strengthening of the hip and thigh muscles to create more stability in your stance. The following exercises will help your balance in addition to increasing your strength.
