Below are workouts for Junior Golfers.  These exercises for golf are specifically designed for you and your age group.

Firstly pick where you want to do your training – either at Home with No Equipment, at Home With Equipment or in a Gym/Full Facility.  Once you’ve done that, then select your level of intensity.

If your overall golf fitness has a lot of room for improvement, or it’s been a while since you worked out, start at Level I. When you find this quite easy, then progress to Level II. Once this is easy for you, then you can progress to Level III.

Make sure to follow the instructions in the program and always use correct technique as per our golf trainers.
