Excessive Rolling Of The Feet

It is extremely important that your feet provide a solid base of support with which to pivot from. If your feet are excessively rolling to one side, this makes it more difficult to re-transfer the weight to the opposite side. It also becomes more difficult to maintain a firm axis of rotation. Strengthening the ankles can be of great benefit to you. Try the following exercises as a way to correct this problem.

  1. Ankle abduction
  2. Ankle adduction
