Early Wrist Break

When you break your wrist too early in the swing it is typical to experience a loss of power. In order to maintain a cocked wrist position until the hands approach or extend below the hip level, it is important to build strength in the wrists. Here are a couple of strength exercises for you to practice, then integrate into your routine.

  1. Wrist Flexion with weighted bar
