Getting Back to the Core–Part 2

This month we’re going to continue our work on strengthening the core muscles as well as increasing the shoulder rotation.

By increasing the rotation in the shoulders we’re loosening up the tight muscles. In order to compensate for loosening those muscles, we’re going to tighten the core muscles. By doing this we’re maximizing the body’s mechanic movements allowing you swing smoother and generate more power in each ¬†golf swing.
