Welcome to this month’s Member Golf fitness Video Exercise!

This month we’re going to to use the bench in ways that you probably have not used before…

We’re going to use the bench to stretch out your quads allowing you to increase your balance. While we’re stretching out our quads we’re also going to be building a stronger back posture in the process.
