12 Minute Running Test

Purpose:Determine your cardiorespiratory endurance during a 12 minute running or walking activity.What you will need:

1.Measured running/walking course, preferably a track (or a treadmill )2. Timer to record the 12 minutesHow to perform the test: Attempt to cover as much distance as possible by either walking/running for a 12 minute period. Record your results and let`s see how you did.
